    Episode 1

    First workout of my 4 week challenge! Starting off strong with abs and booty (everyone's favourite)
    I am using a light elastic band and 2 pound weights! All equipment is optional!

  • 19 min arms & abs

    Episode 2

    Day 2 consist of an arm and ab burn! Using 2Ibs weights each hand and one pilates ball!

  • 20 min booty & legs

    Episode 3

    Get ready to burn and shake on day 3 of our 4 week challenge! Light fitness band is used for this workout!
